Most of the value in an AI project is decided before any model is chosen: which task, whose time, what counts as better, what must never go wrong. We spend real effort there, with the people who do the work today, because a tool that fits the job is used and a tool that does not is quietly abandoned.
Adoption, not just delivery
A tool only helps if people trust it. That means showing where its answers came from, asking a person before anything consequential happens, and being clear about what it cannot do. It also means someone looking after it after launch, which is part of what we offer rather than an afterthought.
We build software, too
Our own product, asklog, lets developers run coding agents on their own computers and follow them from a phone. Building and running it keeps us close to how these tools behave in real use, outside a demo.
